GRS's Rehab & Fitness Training is composed two core components: Rehabilitation Training and Physical Fitness Training. By combining these two types of training, we have established a comprehensive training system for injury prevention and physical fitness enhancement to help individuals improve their personal health management and improve/ maintain their quality of life.
